It is official, Rocket Day is August 29th, 2009
Meeting at the Loves Park City Hall, bring your rockets and be ready for a great time! Rockets are $8 from Mr Curtis and assistance is available for building the Rockets, they are not the kind you can put together the day of the event. These take more time and are much more advanced than the rockets we have used in the past.
The co$t of the rocket also covers the normal launch ammount that the boys will have at Rocket Day. Special awards are generally given to the most creative color and paint. This is for the kids! Parents be sure to HELP the boys with their rockets but let them learn from this experience!

Roclets will be given out that day for Rocket Day at Cost to the Scouts

Pack 396 Graduation is Saturday May 16th at the Sinisippi pavilion.
Don't miss the graduation cook out Saturday at 1 and graduation from 2-4. The pack will provide the charcoal, meat buns and simple condiments. Please sign up on Monday night with your Den meeting to bring a dish to pass. Bring lettuce and tomatoes, salads, chips, baked beans etc.
Come watch your kids as they make rank and encourage the others as they make progress on their scouting their goals! |
